LYNN BENTLEY
President

Mr. Bentley founded Organization Transitions Inc. in 1991, after D/B/A Bentley Ltd.  from 1988, to focus on providing high quality career development consulting services to corporate clients across a diverse range of industries. A very unique consulting model has been implemented that offers executive search, leadership development and transition programs to maximize achievement of client business priorities. These services have been provided to a wide range of global clients throughout North America and international regions including Europe and Latin America. Previously, Mr. Bentley was Chief Administrative Officer with Gould Electronics Industrial Automation and Computer Systems Groups with responsibility for development of innovative HR and administrative services programs for domestic and international operations. His previous experience included Human Resources executive and management positions with Exxon, Harris, Pfizer and Gillette. Mr. Bentley was a Naval Officer and holds a M.A. and B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and an Executive MBA from Northeastern University.

LARRY JONES
Sr. Vice President

Mr. Jones focuses on Executive Search and Business Process consulting. Previously, he was associated with Weber Management Consultants, Huntington, NY responsible for management and delivery of executive search and business process consulting services. His previous experience included Partner with Huber & Jones, Inc. and Thorndike Deland Associates based in Manhattan. Mr. Jones served as a Naval Officer and holds a B.A. from Yale University.

ROBERTA MESSINA
Sr. Vice President

Ms. Messina focuses on Organization Development, Executive Assessment and Leadership Development consulting. Previously, she was Director of Organization/Human Resources Development with a major Lockheed Martin business unit based in New England. Her previous experience included senior HR/OD management positions with Arthur D. Little, Wang and DEC. Ms. Messina holds a MEd. degree from California State University and B.A. Degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Coaching Certification from Hudson Institute.

GARY PAULSON
Sr. Vice President

Mr. Paulson focuses on client business development and consulting support for the full range of OTI consulting services throughout the Florida region. Previously, he was VPHR with Waterford International a financial services holding company. His previous experience included HR executive and management positions with John Alden Financial Corporation, Liberty Mutual, Compugraphic and Harris. Mr. Paulson holds a M.A. degree from Cornell and B.A. from Williams College.

CLIFFORD PERRY, PhD.
Sr. Vice President

Dr. Perry focuses on Executive Assessment and Leadership Development consulting. In addition he is Associate Dean with FIU Business School. Previously, he was VPHR with Kodak, Latin America. His previous experience includes executive and management positions with Kodak and General Motors. Dr. Perry holds a PhD. Degree from Purdue University and M.S. degree from Northwestern University.

STEVEN ZINNO
Sr. Vice President

Mr. Zinno is responsible for client business development and consulting support for the full range of OTI services throughout the New England region. In addition he founded Executives Only, a web based executive career development service provider. Previously, he was General Manager with several Allied Signal business units and founder of a Manufacturing Services Company based in Florida. Mr. Zinno holds a
B.S. degree from Florida Atlantic University.

WILLIAM ANTHONY
Chair of FSU College of Business, Management Department

Dr. Anthony directs the Carl DeSantis Center for Executive Management Education and is the winner of the 1991 President’s Continuing Education at Florida State University. As a Professor of Management, he teaches a variety of critical business courses and has developed strong business relationships with Motorola, State Farm Insurance, Taco Bell, U.S. Dept. of Defense and Energy and numerous other business, government and not-for-profit organizations. His primary areas of expertise include strategic business planning, HR management, decision making and team building.

Dr. Anthony has published fourteen books including Strategic Human Resource Management, 4th Ed.; Participative Management, 12th Ed. in 4 languages; Organization Theory: A Strategic Approach, 6th Ed. and over 80 articles in several journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Journal, Human Relations, Academy of Management Executive and Long Range Planning.

WILLIAM BERRY
CEO, Enterprise Security Products, LLC.

Mr. Berry founded Enterprise Security Products, a leading edge Security Software Development and Distribution company, in 2003 which further highlights a very distinguished career as a Technology and Consulting industries executive. Previously, he was CEO and founder of InTime Systems, 1995 and The Consulting Team, 1985, highly successful software and consulting companies. Intime Systems software product was Licensed to Oracle and the Consulting Team/InTime Systems (a NASDAQ company) were acquired by ARIS Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was one of the original founders of the HRIS software and consulting industry and a senior executive with IBM. One of his IBM assignments was leadership of the Corporate Executive Development Center.

Mr. Berry is a founding member of IHRIM and the Florida Chapter. He is a recipient of the IHRIM Distinguished Service Award and former member of the International Board. Mr. Berry has published numerous articles for a variety of business, human resources and technology publications.

PAUL HOAGLAND
Founder and Senior Partner, Adaptive Worldwide Concepts, LLC.

Mr. Hoagland founded AWC in 1993. Since then it has evolved into a unique cross-industry boardroom business consulting consortium. AWC is headquartered in New York, with coaches and clients nationwide and in Canada. Mr. Hoagland has a proven talent for planning, implementing, and tuning strategic solutions, business alliances, and startup ventures.  He specializes in helping clients and business partners envision the desired “green field” future state, then attain it through business solutions and alliances that leverage the right blend of marketplace analysis, customer/channel/supplier feedback, business transformation, business process redesign, digital content, workforce development, human capital services and web technology.

Previously, Mr. Hoagland served as Market Development Executive with IBM Global Services, and prior to that, as Principal with Computer Sciences Corporation. In both roles he was responsible for corporate business development, executive consulting sales, leadership of strategic client engagements, program development/project management in multiple industry sectors, and leadership mentoring. He is recognized for his proven ability to help clients and business partners identify, categorize, and prioritize their pain-points, strengths, overlaps, and complementary capabilities, then quickly recognize, react to, and align with changes in unpredictable marketplaces.
