The Leadership Development Process


The following highlights key modules that may be utilized to maximize our mutual ability to tailor the Leadership Development process to aid your achievement of critical business and developmental goals.

STRATEGY

Individual meetings with designated member/members of your executive team to evaluate their key business goals and assess developmental requirements.

ASSESSMENT                                                                                                    

Primary assessment provided by a full range of assessment instruments and review of the data from individual meetings.  Package is tailored to address client strategy and individual assessment tools will be completed. Summary of results provided to client with individual summary for each executive.

DEVELOPMENTAL PLAN

Individual assessment feedback and coaching provided to complete developmental action plan for each executive. Individual meetings with manager, coaching candidate, and executive coach to review and finalize plan with business metrics included to evaluate results. Additionally, client will be provided a summary profile describing executive team's management practices.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Individual coaching implemented for each executive as outlined in development plan. Areas for development may include tailoring of leadership style for better organization fit, managing & measuring work, delegation skill enhancement, team building, organization bridge building, etc. Periodic feedback sessions for client by coach to track progress and tailor goals.

FOLLOW UP

Individual follow up sessions with each coaching candidate 3 months after program conclusion with client briefing.

FEE SCHEDULE

Fee schedule is tailored to meet primary development requirements as determined by review of needs assessment with client. Average fee range is roughly 10% of annual base salary with discounts based on number and scope of projects.

We can further customize the Leadership Development process upon completion of the needs assessment and your review session. This includes further module design modification and possible fee revision.
